Did a propane to natural gas conversion. Had to wait a month for a part from a supplier to come in, then it was the wrong part. Reef took great care of me and had the right part quickly (the same day). Reef also took time and showed me how to operate everything. Love that I get to tell the propane company to come get their tank.

We decided to use STS to convert our propane home to natural gas. As the job seemed textbook we unfortunately ran into some pretty big issues. Dennis, our consultant and the owner came in and were on top of everything. They took our opinion into consideration on everything and were great to work with. Although the job took a little longer, STS took care of everything. Even the days I had to be at work, we had no trouble trusting Dennis to be in and out of our home! I'm very grateful that these guys went above and beyond to get the job done!
