Ken is knowledgeable of the system and its benefits. The only drawbacks were punctuality, insufficient work crew and split assignments.The installation was started late. Ken started the job by himself and two workers. Then it was down to Ken and one worker and then just Ken. He had to leave and had one worker come back to remove the plugs in duct work. I had to call back that afternoon because there was no cooling in the upper bedroom and one section of the duct work was disconnected and not sealed in the crawl space. Ken came back the next day and removed a duct plug that was missed. This plug was for the vent to the upper bedroom. He also noted that the missed crawl space duct work could not be Aero sealed at that time but he would clean it out and insulate it.
