I have had Reef for a few of my service for problems. He is very knowledgeable, speaks about the procedures in layman's terms which is very important for those of us that are clueless about plumbing I would have no reservation about leaving him alone in my home. That is a very important qualification for me. He doesn't try to do work that may not be necessary for additional cost. If anything, he tries to do what is necessary for an excellent job without inflating the price. He's a very friendly guy and easy to talk to! I would recommend him without reservation for any work I need done. Thanks SPS for your "top notch" technicians!!!!!

Jim was very courteous, knowledgeable, and honest! I appreciate his honesty the most. We discussed my problems and issues, and came to a resolution I am very satisfied with. I plan to have him complete the work we have scheduled. This all being said, if I had to leave my house for some reason while Jim was here working, I would trust him without reservation to be alone in my home. He is a very valuable asset to SPS Mechanical!!!!!
