We had gotten several quotes for a new boiler in Jan 2014, and opted to go with SPS Mechanical. Although it was a 2-day job, the guys made sure we had heat that first night. Yesterday I called with a concern, SPS sent someone out (the same day!) Everyone we have dealt with, whether on phone or in person, has been professional, courteous, polite, friendly, and promptly on time. I'd like to acknowledge and give a big thank you to Liam, Mike, Ed, Nef, Carl and the office personnel. We are so glad that we went with SPS!!! We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks!
We have been customers of SPS for the past four years. Their work is always top notch and the service they provide is outstanding. Most recently, we converted from propane to natural gas. Their expertise was exactly what we needed. They actually advised us of some financing programs the gas company was offering and wound up converting our entire house including changing to new heating and air-conditioning- all high-efficiency units

SPS performed a Home Performance Evaluation on our home and I was truly impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. Even the owner of the company was involved in the whole process.

I would like to thank you and your company for your support in dealing with my challenging tenant situation. It was your technician Eddy that first saw the cut out pipes during a routine A/C call. He went above and beyond what he needed to. He even proactively took photos which helped out.
Thru that time I was communicating a lot with Tina Hall. She is a wonderful sympathetic ear and very conscientious. She acts with a sense or urgency and never makes anything sound “like it’s a bother.”
This morning I called as I needed documentation that invoices were paid. She remembered the situation, asked how she could help, and had what I needed sent in a timely manner. She is a pleasure to work with and she must be an important asset to your company.

SPS showed up on time for the estimate – provided an affordable price and quickly followed up with written professional proposal. They were very efficient and organized with planning and scheduling the job, and performed the job quickly and in a professional manner. After the job, they went the extra mile and sent me a video of the job. They provided good work at a value-based price. I would use SPS again.
True professionals, they show up when promised did very good job on installations of two gas hot water heaters damaged in the flood created by hurricane Sandy. They were a very desperately needed positive professional company to deal with. They are my new plumbers.

Since SPS had already replaced the original evaporator coil under warranty, and now having problems with the replacement coil, SPS has taken the next step by replacing our entire air conditioning system with an environmentally-friendly A/C system.
Just knowing that I have a contractor that I can trust and that stands behind their product, workmanship; and more so, their unconditional satisfaction guarantee is very reassuring. I have had no issues since the installation of our new system, and would highly recommend you to anyone who is considering replacement and/or installation of a new HVAC system.

I wanted to take a minute to THANK YOU ALL so much for the FABULOUS service, products and installation you provided this past summer and winter. As you know, we actually have a “brand new house”, but unfortunately, our air conditioning zone on the bottom floor went on “the fritz” last summer during one of the hottest seasons I can remember.
Miraculously, I “found” you, and Liam! Liam personally came out and evaluated our system and diagnosed the system. I had done some “homework” of my own and knew the Carrier System appeared to be what I was interested in. Liam provided a very fair price and over-saw the installation of the products, which also included the air cleaner. In addition to this,
Liam personally came back to inspect the work, and actually re-did what he found as imperfections!Because of this attention to detail and overall wonderful service, we called Liam again this past winter to provide the same service to our second zone on the second floor. This was a much difficult process as the mechanisms were all located through a “vent cubby-hole” through a closet! Liam brought your metal fabricator over to work the configuration of our ducts out, and, within two days, we had a perfect and much upgraded system again!!
I cannot thank you enough for this work and for the staff you have! The men were all professional, clean, polite and knowledgeable. The work is unsurpassed! Liam, as you must
know, is a true “treasure”! Again, professional, courteous, incredibly smart and well versed
