heat, cool and plumb each house/project, SPS Mechanical

or later through our Service organization.
- All major brands of plumbing and HVAC (Heating,
Ventilating and Air Conditioning) are available to
SPS Mechanical at competitive prices.
- Environmentally Friendly RNC products utilizing
the EPA certified refrigerant 410A (contains no chlorine
that attacks the ozone layer) are now available in
a competitive product line for AC and heat pumps.
- Zoning systems for an enhanced degree of temperature
control in a specific area.

require at a competitive price.

Estimating
The estimating process at SPS Mechanical is fully automated.
This automation avoids extension errors and assures
the proper calculation of the actual costs involved
in each job. It also allows for quick and accurate modification
of pricing for both standard options and homeowner requested
changes.
Purchasing
- Our process generates a matrix and materials list
for every house plan.
- The builders issue a Purchase Order and job start/selection
sheet to confirm location, model, selections, options
and pricing for a house.
- Vendor Purchase Orders are generated from the materials
list.
- Purchase Orders to most vendors are electronically
created to insure that the most recent revisions are
reflected on the Purchase Order.
- The result is consistency across models.

Invoicing
- Contract pricing is confirmed from our customer
purchase orders.
- Invoicing is customized to each customer’s
specific requirements.
- Our construction schedule triggers our invoice system.
- Invoicing will always be consistent and current
to help you manage your cash flow.
Scheduling
- Scheduling is monitored and tracked in a database.
- Plumbing and HVAC rough and finals are scheduled
in advance to ensure proper material ordering and
labor demands.
- Plumbing and HVAC start-ups are normally done at
the time of finals.
- Noncompliance issues are corrected in a timely manner.
- Our New Construction Managers will call you to confirm
scheduling of open issues.
- We monitor the status of all houses on the schedule
for projected start dates.
- New Construction Managers track your schedule and
provide status feedback.
- Schedules are adjusted to meet your needs on a daily
basis.

SPS Mechanical has a quality
and completion Checklist
for every phase of the building process. These checklists
are completed by the SPS Project Manager, installer
and the Builder’s Manager, after each stage (rough,
water & sewer, and final) and before township inspection,
to ensure workmanship requirements, upgrades and codes
are followed. When complete, each manager and installer
signs off.
